Q. Why do I need a dietary supplement?

Because many products are marketed as dietary supplements, it is important to remember that supplements include vitamins and minerals, as well as herbs, botanicals and other substances.

Some supplements may help ensure that you get adequate amounts of essential nutrients or help promote optimal health and performance if you do not consume a variety of foods, as recommended.

However, dietary supplements are not intended to treat, diagnose, mitigate, prevent, or cure disease. In some cases, dietary supplements may have unwanted effects, especially if taken before surgery or with medication. Do not self- diagnose any health condition. Work with your health care provider to determine how best to achieve optimal health and always check with your health care provider before taking a supplement, especially when combining or substituting them with other foods or medicine other dietary supplements or medicines, or if you have certain health conditions.

Q. What is vegan?

Vegans don’t eat any animal or dairy products (including eggs).

Q. What is vegetarian?

There are two kinds of vegetarians a lacto-vegetarians eat plant-based foods and dairy products. Alactovov-vegetarians eats plant-based foods and dairy products they also eat eggs.

Q. Are all products suitable for vegans?

No all products are not suitable for vegans. The products that are suitable for vegans will have vegan logo. All our products are suitable for vegetarians.

Q. What to do to return your item to us?

  • Contact us through your account or email us at contact@vitavega.co.uk with your order number.
  • You must inform us with your order number of the item you are returning and the reason of your return within seven days of receiving your goods.
  • We will then provide you with a unique return authorisation number and will confirm the address you need to return the item to.
  • Please package the item securely and include inside the package, your order number, name and address.
  • Please obtain a proof of postage from the post office when you send your item to us. If you cannot provide a proof of postage in the rare event if your item is lost in transit we may not be able to process your refund or replacement.
  • Any item you have accepted and then returned is your responsibility until it reaches our warehouse. Please therefore ensure that you send your item back to using a delivery service that ensures you for the value of the goods.

Q. How will my refund be processed?

We will process the refund back to the original credit/debit card/paypal account used to purchase the items.

Q. Will I get my postage refunded?

  •  Postage is non-refundable.
