Terms and Conditions

No orders will exist between you and Vitavega Ltd for the sale by it to you of any produce unless Vitavega Ltd accepts your order by email confirming that it has shipped your product. That acceptance shall be deemed complete and for all purposes to have been effectively communicated to you at the time. To cancel the order please advise us in writing the reason for your return.

For the avoidance of doubt, any such order shall be deemed to have been concluded in England and shall be governed by English law both you and Vitavega Ltd irrevocably submit to the nonexclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.

Whilst every effort is made to ensure the accuracy of information, product specification and prices change from time to time, and we cannot be held responsible for any inaccuracies on this website. Please read the information and instructions that come with the products prior to use.

Standard Delivery

Standard delivery is £3.70, or free delivery to any UK address when you spend £40 or more in a single transaction. We will send your order first class by Royal Mail, orders are usually delivered in 2-3 working days (Monday – Friday).

International Delivery

International delivery charges are 7.99 (including Republic of Ireland and Channel Islands). Overseas orders are delivered by Royal Mail or international courier company, please allow ten working days for the delivery.

Returns

If you would like to return your order for an exchange or refund it must be sent back within 7 days of you receiving the goods. We recommend sending your items back using a tracked service as we are not liable for any lost items. Please clearly state your order number that the return relates to on your parcel. Please let us know if you would like an exchange or refund.

If you require a full refund then please state this on your returns note. All refunds issued within 7 days of returns being accepted. If you require an exchange, please make sure you include the full product name you wish to exchange your order for. We can only exchange items to the same monetary value the item returned. We will send your replacement item to the default delivery address on your account. If you want the replacement sent to a different address please make sure this is clearly marked on your returns note.

Please note: we cannot accept any returns which have been opened due to health and safety reasons. We can only accept returns which are in its original condition, all goods are inspected on return. Please ensure you package the goods correctly so the product is not damaged in transit. In the unlikely event that an item if returned to us in an unsuitable condition we reserve the right to refuse a refund/ exchange. We want our customers to receive top quality goods so if you think there is a fault with an item you have received please let us know as soon as you can. If the item is damaged we will require an image in order for us to send a replacement or refund. Please do not dispose of the item before you are advised to do so by us.

Taste: taste is subjective to each individual and therefore we will not be able to exchange or refund any items due to taste.

What to do to return your item to us?

  • Contact us through your account or email us at contact@vitavega.co.uk with your order number
  • You must inform us with your order number of the item you are returning and the reason of your return
  • We will then provide you with a unique return authorization number and will confirm the address you need to return the item to
  • Please package the item securely and include inside the package, your order number, name and address
  • Please obtain a proof of postage from the post office when you send your item to us. If you cannot provide a proof of postage in the rare event if your item is lost in transit we may not be able to process your refund or replacement
  • If you request a replacement and the product is no longer available, we will process the refund back to the original credit/debit card / PayPal account used to purchase the item
  • Any item you have accepted and then returned is your responsibility until it reaches our warehouse. Please therefore ensure that you send your item back to using a deliver service that ensures you for the value of the good

What we’ll do next?

All products returned to us are checked, if you are entitled to a refund then we will refund the price of your item

Returns are usually processed within 7 working days of receipt of a cancelled order, and at the latest within 30 days of the receipt.

Cost of returning items

Postage is non-refundable unless it is our fault for sending you the wrong item or the item is damaged or faulty.
